He was the founding CEO of Jive, which he grew from an open-source project to a NASDAQ IPO. He also spent two years as a Board Partner (investor) at the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz. He is the author of Reignition, a playbook for helping startups get unstuck and find their breakthrough, and is working on a new book about enlightened leadership in the era of AI. Dave currently serves as General Partner at Metamorph Partners.
